How do I make a reservation?
Booking and confirming a stay at Boulder Crest Retreat consists of 4 easy steps: The first step is to create a reservation request. After submitting your reservation request, your second step will be to check your email for a Request Confirmation which has the links to our Online Application and our Pre-Stay Survey. Fill out and submit both, then step three is to email all necessary supporting documents to email@example.com. Supporting documents include a current military ID (if retired, or discharged, a DD214), and a narrative outlining your combat service, and telling us about yourself, your family, and what you hope to get out of your stay here. If you are planning on bringing a service dog, you will also need to supply a copy of the animal's shot records. The last step is to wait for final confirmation! Note: a reservation request is NOT a complete reservation. Making a reservation request online will hold a cabin for 5 days, during which time you will need to fill out and submit the application, survey, identification, and narrative. Once all 4 items have been received by us, the reservation is processed, and completed. Incomplete reservations are cancelled after 5 days.
